After the delighting success of HTC Bolt in the United States of America (USA), the company (HTC) launched the Global Variant of this phone in India. The name global variant of HTC Bolt is different. It’s HTC 10 evo.

Along with launch, the company also availed this very phone on its own E-Store. HTC has priced this device at Rs. 48,990. In India, only the 32 GB variant of the HTC 10 evo is available. Interestingly, a prominent commerce website Amazon is offering the Pearl Gold Colour variant of this phone at Rs. 46,990.


HTC 10 evo offers the display of 5.5 inches and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow Operating System. The device is equipped with the 2 gigahertz Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and have a healthy RAM of 3 GB.
HTC 10 evo possesses the front facing camera of 8 megapixels and the rear camera is 16 megapixels. The exciting fact about the rear camera is its lens. YES, it have a 29.3 mm Wide Angle Lens. Apart from this, the rear camera is also equipped with f/2.0 Aperture, PDAF, Optical Image Stablization and the LED Flash as well.
The amount of Internal Storage given in this phone is 32 GB which is expandable via micro SD card upto 2 Terabytes (TB). On the connectivity front, HTC 10 evo supports 4G LTE and also have Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC. Interestingly, the USB Type-C port is also provided in this phone.
The magnitude of the battery backup offered by this phone is 3200 mAh (milli Ampere hours) which is hugely dissappointing and definitely a genuine drawback in this device. Thankfully, the phone possesses the Quick Charging 2.0.
